(1) The Center shall be a self-governing and organized body with unbroken succession.
(2) The Center shall have a separate seal for the purposes of its operations.
(3) The Center may acquire, use, sell or otherwise dispose of movable and immovable property as well as persons.
(4) The center can sue and complain in its own name as well as the person and can also sue and complain against the center in the same name.
(5) The Center can enter into contracts with individuals and exercise the rights and discharge the obligations according to the contracts.
